Having a passion for crisis communications, I knew I wouldn&#8217;t let her down.<\/p>\n<p>After some troubleshooting with my team member, we set into motion what we thought would help de-escalate the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, the boss asked me to stay behind to discuss some internal restructuring she was recently made aware of.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSLATION:<\/strong><br \/>\nLast night at 2:30 a.m. Miranda woke up crying and losing her mind.\u00a0Matt and I soon realized she wasn&#8217;t going to fall back asleep on her own.<\/p>\n<p>Once she was in my arms, it was obvious the poor thing had a very full, wet diaper (ain&#8217;t nobody got time for that!) and her teeth were bothering her since she was chewing ALL THE THINGS.
