An online meme that I’m seeing more and more is Throwback Thursday (or #ThrowbackThursday on Twitter).
It’s inspired me to dig up some old photos. Some of the photos I’ll share will be ones that were in the wedding slideshow that Matt and I had back on 07-07-07 (or “Seven cubed” as we nicknamed our special day).

While I’m not the most domesticated person you’ll meet, I did start off on the right food according to the photo above! I loved being at home with my mom and we have lots of fun memories. I’m hoping that someday Missy Moo will be able to say the same about her childhood; lots of great memories.
With Missy Moo, I’m trying to take lots of photos so that she’ll have visual reminders of her early days (since she’s obviously too young to remember any of this yet). I love being able to see photos of family and friends from when I was little and compare how different we all are now.
And in some cases, these photos are the only memories I have of some older family members. I only have a couple of memories of my paternal grandfather, so it really means a lot to have photos of him and I together.
